Rubens Brandt

GENERAL DIRECTOR AND SHAREHOLDER

Founder and director responsible for the commercial and strategic actions of Grupo Energia. With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical sector, he has held technical and executive positions in international companies such as ABB and Alstom in Brazil, France and Sweden. He holds a degree in mechatronics engineering and business administration (MBA).

Ivone Estaniecki

HR MANAGER

Professional graduated in Business Administration, electrical engineering and postgraduate in Project Management. She has more than 20 years of experience in contract management in Hydropower, Wind and Photovoltaic power plants, with experience in works in Brazil and abroad.

Angela Shimahara

LEGAL MANAGER

Graduated in Law, with extensive experience in business and contractual law, working in industries and large companies, legal consultancies for commercial risk assessments in the operations of mergers and acquisitions. She has wide experience with contentious and preventive law; as well as tax planning and strategic planning, aimed at reducing contingencies.

Márcio Goulart

GENERAL DIRECTOR

Graduated in Civil Engineering, with a master’s degree in Structural Engineering and an MBA in Business Management, having worked in the energy generation and transmission sector. Among his experiences are the development and coordination of projects, the monitoring and management of the implementation of generation projects and the technical coordination of business ventures.

Constantino Reis 

MANAGER OF ENGINEERING – ELECTROMECHANICAL

Graduated in Electronic Engineering, with postgraduate in Project Management, worked in the infrastructure sectors and power generation projects. He has experience in management and technical coordination of electrical and mechanical engineering teams, development of feasibility studies, basic and executive projects, owner’s engineering, due diligence, and commissioning of excitation systems, synchronism, protection, generator and their electrical auxiliaries.

Daniel Reinhardt

MANAGER OF ENGINEERING – CIVIL WORKS

Graduated in Geology from the University of São Paulo. With more than 25 years of experience working in several hydropower projects from the inventory phase to the executive project, with activities involving geology, geotechnics, definition of arrangements, hydrological data treatment, energy studies, field service coordination and project coordinator.

Walter Correa

MANAGER OF CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, he has solid experience in consulting services specialized in engineering for the purpose of refurbishment plans and project management of specialized engineering services.

Roberto Ueno

GENERAL DIRECTOR

Graduated in Business Administration. He has more than 20 years of experience in projects in the energy and sewage sectors.

Marcio Fiuza

CFO

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and high-yield debt offerings in emerging markets and the US. Previously, he worked for Bear, Stearns in New York; and to Vale, serving in the Strategic Planning advisory group for the CEO and as an advisor to the CFO of California Steel Industries, Inc. In 2001, he founded a corporate finance consulting firm, where he completed more than $ 5 billion in transactions over a period of 13 years in several sectors, before joining Brasilpar as a partner.
